Other the a scheduled maintenance becoming an overnight stay for my truck it was a good experience.

I had an appointment scheduled for an oil change. Brent said I was not on the schedule and that sometimes the online appointments don’t come through the system. I asked him since I wasn’t on the schedule how long would it take. He replied 45 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised. In 45 minutes I was leaving the service department with the oil change completed.
