It took 6 hours to complete the work. I don’t know if it was because the team was short staffed (I over heard a service rep mention it) or because of the work, but to me 6 hours for an oil change, tire rotation, belt tensioner check, air hose check/diagnosis is too much.
I will mentíon my truck is running exceptionally well since this visit. So I am being tough. Also, I do believe in TPS and apply it at my own shop.

Every single person was fantastic, even the service guys driving the vehicles where awesome, they cranked my car up for me while I loaded my service dog and while I was waiting another guy brought me water.
