WE did not expect an unknown extra added charge for some type of electronic "storage charge". This we think was unusual as we had already paid well over One Thousand Dollars for Parts and Labor on our 2012 Rave 4. In the years we have dealt with Hampton we have purchased 2 Mitsubishi cars and 6 Toyota products. And you have serviced every one. This is the first time we have ever wondered about and unusual unnecessary charge!
