I haven’t had a working remote fob in over a decade. I finally found two of the same fob and I asked if you guys could please try to get one of the fobs to work. I’d tried and got them to connect but they wouldn’t raise the locks. I thought since I go to you guys for all my service needs that you might do me the small favor of at least trying to get the fobs working. It really **** not to have a working fob. I was told because the fobs weren’t Toyota that they’d charge me $150 to just look at it. I didn’t think that was very kind. Can you not do a small favor every once in while for a regular customer. This is a small thing but it put me in a rotten mood the rest of the day. Other than that the service was very good as usual. But ridiculous rules like charging $150 to try to get a key fob working is really cutting off your nose to spite your face.

I brought my car in on September 14 ,went and got it on the 15 when I was driving I still heard the ticking noise,I got it home and told my husband come listen to this noise,called Hampton,then ended up calling the towing company brought it back to Hampton , I sure hope they can get it fixed.
