They called to say the truck was ready got there to pick it up our key pads would not work on the truck when you open the driver door there is a beeping sound, and there is a wire hanging underneath the dash the technician didn’t know where the wire went I paid 4,694.74 and I expect my vehicle back to the way it was when I dropped it off

I included the Auto Butler feature when I bought my 2021 Tundra to preserve the coating on the vehicle. I usually wash the truck myself before bringing it in for the treatment. However. The last two times I have chosen to have Hampton wash it before the treatment. My complaint is that the initial wash job is sub-standard. It appears as if the treatment has been applied over some filth or bug juice. The area in question is on the hood directly in front of the driver so it sticks out to me.
I suggest y’all do a better job of washing the vehicles.

We weren't told we'd be charged for tire rotation for tires we just purchased from Hampton. When this was communicated to the representative we were dismissed. We will not be back to Hampton for service. We also won't purchase any other vehicles from Hampton after being treated very badly last time we tried. We ended up at Price Leblanc. They will now get all our business.
