May I kindly suggest that your employee Leslie Whittaker improves time management and getting paperwork to the customer in a timely manner. This was the second time in 2 months I had her as my service rep and both times she neglected to give me my paperwork to sign when my car was ready for 45 minutes to an hour each time. It would be nice to have the paperwork ready to sign once the customer receives the text that his or her vehicle is ready. Thank you.

It shouldn’t take anybody an hour and 55 minutes just to get the oil changed in their car. The coffee in the waiting area was not very good. It tasted like it had been boiling for hours on the stove. The popcorn was stale.
