Not happy with the service at all. We dropped off our vehicle on 6/25. The service advisor reached out later that afternoon and informed us of the diagnostic report. The part has to be ordered and I had to approve of it and it will be delivered on 5/28. I reached out on 5/30 to see if the vehicle was ready and after the third attempt I finally was able to speak with our advisor. She said she will have to check with the parts manager to see about the part. I called back about and hour later and she explained the part would not be on until 6/11. I had explained earlier that we were going out of town on 7/1 and we wouldn’t be waiting. I explained that we would picking up our vehicle and that we will not be using Hampton again. I was charged for the diagnosis and we left.
