Unbelievable that you would make a cusromer appointment at 11:00 AM and then let your technician go to lunch at that time. What should have taken 15 minutes, took 4 times that long. What's the point of scheduling service if you disregaed the appointments? Poor, poor management!!!

I arrived home a few hours after leaving Hampton after I ran a couple of errands in the general area of the Southside of town only to pull up in my driveway to SMOKE emanating from under the hood! Lifted the hood to determine the cause of the smoking and discovered a cap was apparently not placed back on the oil reservoir. Imagine my disappointment and sheer frustration to discover oil spewed over a large portion of the area beneath the hood. I am requesting someone phone me to make arrangements to have my vehicle towed to your facility as I am now afraid to drive it in its current state
