The lady who set my appointment was great as well as Lesley. You guys took an Infinity serviced it and got it back to in 1-1/2 hrs. On last minute call when the dealer I bought from couldn’t accommodate me. Great job at a ver fair price.Thanks Hampton and your service people.

Your service Dept does very well with handling your customer’s needs, etc and I’m grateful for the steps taken to correct the error made during my service for an oil change. The manager acted quickly to get my car towed and handled and Brent was equally courteous and helpful, as he always has been. My only complaint is I did not receive a product to assist me in removing the oil spilled in my garage. Brent offered to send someone to actually take care of it but that would have required me to be available and my schedule would not accommodate that request

Brent gives good attention to clients. I was disappointed the oil change took 2 hours. I know the service backed up, I had a 9 o’clock appointment. I was there early and I got in my car to leave at 11am. This service usually takes 45 min or less.
