I made a 10am appointment for a oil change and my vehicle was not ready until after 4pm. I have never had to wait so long for getting my vehicle serviced here. The service person never gave me an update that to why it took so long for my vehicle to be ready. And when I called to get an update he never called back to explain why. I’ve always had great service the past 2 years with my 2019 Frontier until my last visit. Extremely disappointing.
