I was 95% satisfied. Everyone was really helpful, particularly the guy at the service desk. He made some helpful suggestions to me which made a difference. My only complaint is that whoever put the donut wheel back in its place did not secure it tightly. It hung down low enough that it would have dragged on the ground. I ended up securing it myself
