One thing that I am concerns me about trusting Toyota of Greensburg is I had to ask them to check my struts. I have my vehicle serviced at your dealer since it was new and trust you to tell me what is wrong. When I change a tire on my 4Runner and saw a buildup of oil on the strut I had to ask that it be checked. It didn’t look like it just started leaking and your techs should have caught it before I did. Now I have to check my own vehicle because this is the 2nd or third time I have found something wrong.

My last service appt I was told I needed a front end alignment which I declined. I was told after this service my vehicle had no issues. I asked about my alignment and was told it was fine. I notified them about my last service appt I was told I need to get a front end alignment. I asked if my alignment was checked and I was told it was. I didn't get my alignment checked after my last service appt. I told them it must be a miracle my alignment corrected itself, or I was lied to at my last service appt. I have all the paper work to prove everything I have stated. I will probably be taking this issue to your corporate office.
