I was satisfied after I brought it back to get it fixed correctly. I brought the car to you at 8:00 am picked it up at around 12:30 pm. Drive home and returned right away cause the car was missing and making lots if noise. Finally at around 4:45 car was fixed. It purrs now. I’m wondering why the spark plug was not correct and belt was loose. I hope in the future this doesn’t happen again. Thank you.

First time I've been disappointed with Service Advisor at Spreen Honda. I've been a customer for many years and love the kind of service/treatment I've been receiving. First, I was told that I could take the shuttle services (pickup) due to the short length of service which was new to me. I'm fine with that because of shortage of staff. However, my biggest complaint was my service was an oil change and platinum car wash for $29.99. It took nearly 3hrs for the completion and I had to follow-up multiple times for an ETA. It is very unacceptable for the long wait (let alone not notify me that there is going to be delay) and also not know how long its going to take for oil change and car wash. It's great that Yonic didn't charge me for the platuinum car wash, however, the cash wash was rushed as well. There were water marks and dirt mark like they didn't bother to wipe it dry but I could tell that it was rushed job (I have taken pictures before I left the dealer) and no way I would have you guys charge me $29.99 for that. More importantly, at least Yonic should have checked the vehicle to make sure the quality of service was good. A complete failure in my honest opinion on both Service Advisor and car wash. All the years I've done my service there, my Service Advisor would go through my car to do a quality check before releasing the car back to me. Hope this is an opportunity for your team to take this survey and make the necessary adjustments to serve your customers promptly and at the same time, with friendly and courteous manner.
