I brought my car in for an oil change at 8:30am. I was told my car would be done by noon. I finally called the dealership at 2:30pm to find out the status. When I arrived at the dealership at 3pm to finally pick up my car, another customer who had gotten there at 9am was still there waiting for his car to be finished. I am not sure if the dealership overbooked their appointments today or what happened, but it seemed like they were misleading in accurate wait times.
