Very disappointed with this dealership. My van still has a tire pressure low light on the dashboard even though I just took it in for service yesterday. It was the right rear tire that is indicated as being low on the dashboard last week. Now today the same light showing the same tire is still on. To me this means that the tires were never inspected or rotated.

I have had 3 honda cars in the past and have been going to this dealership for the past 12 years. I have never had an issue the staff.They have always been very professional and efficient. This was the first time I was so displeased with the “help” I received from Yonic Bello.
Mr Bello should have let me know that is would have taken over and hour for the shuttle to pick me up at my home. My car sat there, at the dealership, completed and ready to be picked up for greater than an hour. Had I been told, I would have gladly found another option of transport back to the service department to pick up my car..
Thankfully the manager Don Churchill and Paul were helpful.
