Not very impressed with the customer service I received. I had some parts that were ordered months ago for my accord. I was never contacted when they came in. I even followed up several weeks later and was told they had not come in yet. I went a few days ago to get my oil change. I spoke with the service guy about reordering it. He told me that it was no longer under warranty however when I ordered it the first time it was still covered. I was also told that I would not have to pay out of pocket. The service guy proceeded to tell me that it was cosmetic damage and that I was to blame for the damage. When I’m the past I had other parts on the dash replaced. He was not very helpful had a bad attitude and was condescending towards me. He kept interrupting me and wouldn’t even hear my story. He was quick to say that who ever helped me in the past I would need to talk to about this again. The service guy was not helpful at all. Isn’t that there job to help the customers out. What happened to taking care of you customers like in the Honda commercials. My family and I have purchased several vehicles from this dealership. I will make sure this is the last time and will go elsewhere for any future service or maintenance needs.

I have been going there for 3 years, never satisfied, I am sure you know by previous comments. I have to say Vivian is amazing. She does her job and does it with honesty and integrity! If everyone would be more truthful, helpful, and “real” things would be better. Cut all the BS and teaching your staff to tell us customers what you think we want to hear and just tell the facts of the situation at hand. Only returned cause I had a coupon. Was forced to go elsewhere last oil change.
