He delivered customer service that I have not received in the service department. Usually I come in and the people helping me just kind of go through the motions and I usually feel a little awkward but this experience I felt so cared for the entire time. He made me feel like he was actually happy to have me as a customer. It was my birthday so I’m really glad he was the one who helped me because his great personality and beyond amazing customer service really made my birthday start off great. I wish he was always the one to help me.
I don’t recall who helped me one time but he made me feel so uncomfortable and made me feel guilty for using the car care plan to get my seats cleaned. I almost didn’t want to ask when I went in but I really wanted them clean for my birthday. Thankfully Gilbert is someone who makes the customers feel like Honda is here for them.
I’m so thankful to have meet Gilbert and I hope I get to be helped by him every time I come to Honda. I hope the company realizes what a great employee they have. Thank you to Gilbert for making my birthday a little more special.

I had to have my car TOWED to your facility as it would not start. After more than 2 hours, I was advised that they could not find anything wrong. It was the third time in two weeks that my car has not started. I had clean the corrosion off the battery cable the first time and changed the battery the second time. I drive. Three small children around in the car and I do not know whether it was start or not each time I use it. I was given the choices of taking it home and see what happens, replacing the starter which tested fine or leaving if so they could test again tomorrow and see what happens. I needed my vehicle so I left with it and will seek help elsewhere.
