I wasn’t given feedback on the final mechanic report. It stated I needed the rear lights fixed, cabin air filter, and suspension. All I was told at the beginning was if I wanted my tires rotated, I declined. After my oil change was done, I paid and was given a report with no feedback or asking me if I wanted to fix the areas in red.

Marina was great and delivered on what was promised.
When I picked up and back at Honda, the staff who was there to handle the cashing out talked about Marina and the young man who picked me up badly. Marina and the driver were professional. The cashier and last service guy were not. The cashier lady talked about beating Marina up for her having to come cash me out and the service guy called the driver dumb caused they closed the office and didnt wait for me and another customer who was brought back. How was this the drivers fault? Again Marina and the young man driver were great! Too bad the other two were not.
