I came in to have an oil change done for my car and when I was instructed to move my car forward, it literally wouldn’t start. Eric introduced himself and knew right away that my battery needed some attention and had it jump started. Yonic was an excellent service advisor. He took the time to really listened to my car maintenance needs and answered my questions about my parts for the splash shield underneath my engine. I did my routine oil and filter change and tire rotation. He notified and advised me about my drive belt needing replacing, which was a priority because my drive belt was cracking. Also he recommended for my car’s throttle body to be cleaned and do an Idle Relearn. He let me choose which maintenance I would like to authorized and understood I was on budget financially and with time. He was very professional and I will be back to do my maintenance service next time.

Service was terrible. I waited 7 hours for an oil change. I dropped my car off at 10am and it wasn't ready until 5pm. I bet if I had to pay it would have been done in an hour luke promised in my paperwork.
