They took forever!!!!!! Appointment at 10am and I was calling them at 1pm to inquire about my car but no body had an answer for me and they said they’ll call me back but never did. Then called back and they didn’t answer and went there in person and they wanted to charge me for oil change and tires rotation but I had purchased the insured a when I bought the car. Bad bad services

It took 45 minutes so Franco can help me out with my vehicle and on last Saturday I show up and He said to come back during the week to put a Low Jack on it . I showed up Tuesday but then He said that the guys who put the low jack don’t work the day unless I do an appointment but I supposed have and an appointment because I called ahead of time. Franco told who was finance manager who help me when I acquired my vehicle and I said don’t know who . He found out the he wasn’t working that day so another finance manager help me out he was so kind and very professional and I really appreciate it . At the end it wasn’t Franco fault I understand but he wasn’t the kinda person that want me to help me . I feel he wasn’t that very professional like other co workers of his very friendly he who asked if I wanted to have something to drink or I wanted to wait inside by waiting room. I hope they can work with communication between them so you goys don’t have customers giving no that great reviews about services . And give thank to Honda Cars of Corona to had me approved so I could get my car.

I’ve been taking my car here for service for almost three years now and it’s always slightly different from the last experience. Yonic has been by far my most favorite helpful Honda guy to work with and communicate with. I hope to continue to see him whenever I bring my car in.
