The battery in my car clearly states that it has a 100 k mile warranty. After making an appointment with the Service dept and driving to the dealership I was told that the car had just expired it’s wareanty by less than 90 days despite the fact that the car has been driven less than 16 k miles . It’s ridiculous to have been told “sorry, you have to buy a new battery , those are the ones with a 100 k warranty, joke is on the car owner” I can not believe those practices still exist in our neighborhood. Hence , I bought my battery from Costco . Thank GOD for Costco.

Art was excellent and professional I appreciate great customer service!!! I have bought 6or7 cars from corona Honda over the years but I will never buy there again be cause the sales manager was just disrespectful and acted like he didn’t need our business!! We grew up in corona we know basically the whole town and we let everyone of our family members and friends and they’re friends know About our negative experience at corona Honda !!! But my service today from Art Faulk was excellent which is the only reason I will continue to return there to the service department!!!!
