I had two separate experience on this date(June 18th).
1- Arrived at service area and was greated by ServAgent who informed me my Pre-Certified Honda car did not cover my AC issue. Called original dealer who confirmed it was covered. Requested to see GenMgr on duty(Bill) re policy on face mask. He was not available at the time. I requested next in line. Spoke to the Desk Manager on duty. I felt he was not responsive to my concern. I did not sense he care about my concerns. He explain the policy as I requested. But fail to show understanding or willing to address the issue at hand. He at no time assured me he will address the matter apologized for how I felt about the maintenance and some of the sales team made me feel uncomfortable. Also there was a lack of social distancing through the office.
2- Second experience was with ServMgr and SrvAgent Foulk. Very professional and customer oriented. Which is what I have come to expect from Honda Corona over the years we have been servicing our car. I commend them for their excellent level of service.
Please share with all involved. This could be a teachable experience on how to deal with challenging issues.
