i did not make an appointment today for an oil change, just drove in to see if it was possible. Andrew met me at the service area, greeted me and after hearing what i needed done, assured me that my service need would be done in a timely manner. the oil change and comp car wash were completed quickly and I was on my way! Had the worst experience on 8-11-2020. I was told it would only be 4 hours to replace a part on my car. After 4.5 hours I went to check on my car since I have not yet received a call or update, only to find my car parked as if it was finished. I spoke Eric who was suppose to be assisting with my car. He said the car was “out in the back with the tech” obviously a lie as it was sitting in the front parked. He came back and said that they were still going to take 2 more hours to finish my car due to a faulty part. It took them 1 hour to take out the faulty part and put in a another part. Why did it only take 1 Hour to do replace it the second time When the first time would be 4 hours?? Long story short 6 hours later car was finally fixed and all I got was a sorry about the wait.
