Juan did a great job!! I have nothing to complain about him. I was upset that the person who went to get my car was not wearing a mask and drove my car with no mask on. I hope that this is addressed and that anyone that is working in cars are wearing masks. I should have asked what your Covid protocols were. I do not feel they were being followed.

Yes, I was completely satisfied with Jason Torres’ customer service!! From the moment I pulled into the service line, he came out right away. I didn’t have to wait in my vehicle for ten minutes before someone acknowledged me. I’ve been there before, same time, and same amount of people, and had a different experience. He was respectful, accommodating, and helped me with an issue with my vehicle and the fix was beyond my expectations. As I told Jason when he walked me out to my vehicle when service was completed, I was very happy with my visit to Honda. My happiest day at Honda! Jason was professional and courteous.
