I made an 8:30 appointment for my first service and a tire repair. It took two hours and they didn't repair my tire. They said it wasn't leaking. Even though I have seen the object in said tire. I was also suprised they wanted to charge me 29$ for a tire rotation. I had thought I purchased all the maintenance and warranty packages when I leased my 2020 Hrv at Vista Norm Reeves. I would like to have spreen Honda Corona be the place I maintain my vehicle during my lease. Thanks

After paying for an oil change on my Civic I still have to pay an additional fee to rotate the tires. Instead of getting a car wash I would rather receive a tire rotation. Maybe it can be an optional selection when a vehicle is serviced. Do you a car wash or do you want your tires rotated. I take my vehicle to the dealer for maintenance and trust the dealer will provide all the mechanical services needed to keep my car on the road, this includes rotating the tires. A car wash is not truly needed to keep a vehicle in good working order. A tire rotation should be included in any synthetic oil change service not just a visual inspection.
