The service agent Travis was phenomenal with the way he handled the situation during the early morning of sunday. The system was down so its hard for them to take a car for service. But Travis was calm and explained the situation. He allow me to leave my car and communicated with me the whole time and gave me the update I needed. Travis was a huge help. I had called another dealer and they weren’t free for about a week. I spoke with Travis and he was able to schedule us the next day. It took longer than expected to get the car part but that was out of his control. He did keep us posted which we greatly appreciated. Overall we were extremely satisfied with him and the service done on my car.
