Travis was unprofessional and my experience with him was horrible. I went in excited to get my car serviced and left very unsatisfied. There was a little issue with the communication that was given to me when I leased the car. I was under the impression I could take it to any Honda dealership and have my car serviced. When I got there and it wasn’t so I was trying to get clarification and Travis seemed and looked annoyed that he even gave me a comment such as “here are your keys if you don’t want to get your car serviced “ instead of trying to work with me. In the end when I went to pick up the car he wasn’t there and I didn’t even get the complementary car wash. I paid $100 and left very upset that I will never take my car to get serviced there again and I’ve been going there for the past 4 years .
