Brandon was polite, efficient and professional. I feel the car problem was fixed- thank you, great job!
Slight deficiencies- the loaner vehicle was not special. My opinion, if you want your customers to feel they are the most important thing, you put them in a nice, clean, special vehicle. Also, I saw there was no paper mat on the floor of my car because there was dirt and boot tracks on the driver’s floor mat. Only reason I noticed is beachside ai cleaned our catr over the weekend.
