The actual service on my vehicle was excellent. However, inside my vehicle there were very dusty foot prints on the driver’s area floor mat, the trim over the rocker panels at the driver’s doors was dusty, dirty. There were hand prints on the inside door panel and on the hood. My car was very clean by my efforts and I wish to have the car returned to me as clean as I gave it to you.

There was a lot of dirt inside my vehicle when I got it back. Also I’m not sure why my seat and steering wheel were adjusted. I had to reset my settings. Also how was it determined that my next oil change was due in 5653 miles. Numbers don’t add up. I’ve never had this experience before. I’ve always been satisfied on previous visits.
