I recently moved to Tyler. I was hoping that the Service Department in Tyler would be as helpful as the Roseville Honda where I purchased the Honda CRV and have had it serviced for the last eleven, almost twelve, years. We had a 10 o’clock appointment- arrived half hour early. Vehicle didn’t move until 10:40, after other cars arrived after but were taken back sooner. We live an hour away and had another appointment in Tyler that we needed to keep as well. Andy great guy, just think a little more prompt service for a specified appointment time.
