It is always a pleasure working with Scott. He always greets me by name even if he is not the service representative taking care of me. For this visit he came back and gave me an update of what the service department was going to do to my vehicle and an estimate of how long it would take. He also remembered that I am involved with Greyhound rescue and asked how that was going and about my own dogs. The personal attention makes me feel that he he cares for me as a customer. I believe Scott is a valuable asset to Metro Toyota

They should have called to reschedule appt when part was on backorder. You were nice enough to give me a free rental for the week. Person who called to say part was in and we need to schedule an appointment had no idea my van was left there until fixed and was insistent that the rental come back that day. Luckily I didn't have plans so I could return and get my van when service was done.
