Great service on the recall once Ford Motor Co. made the parts available to the dealership. Service Advisor is always very helpful and thoughtful to both my and my wife's needs when we take the car in for service or repair. I recommend Mark because of his thoughtfulness and care for the customer. Also thank you for the loaner for the week it took to get the recall parts. You restored my thoughts about Lincoln. Mark was great! We had made our appointment through the Lincoln app, and didn’t realize it was at another Lincoln dealer until we arrived. He squeezed us in which we appreciated so much! The most important thing I can say about Mark is he made us feel like our Lincoln was in good hands, and our issues were going to be addressed. That in turn made us feel very comfortable!

We just purchased a used, 2015 Range Rover from Island and what a great experience! The Sales Manager, Peter and our salesman, Sonny, were excellent. The Range Rover we were purchasing had curb rash on one of the wheels and some small scratches on the front bumper. Purchasing a used vehicle, that’s out of warranty, we wouldn’t have expected a dealer to fix or make any repairs on the vehicle. However, Peter said he would take care of it, that he wouldn’t sell a vehicle with curb rash on a wheel. We couldn’t believe it. We purchased the vehicle that Saturday. The next Tuesday Ashli Barrow from the service department contacted us. She was also super nice! They wanted to pick our vehicle up (an hour away in St. Cloud) to repair the curb rash and scratches. The gentlemen came out to our house and left a new Jaguar for our use while they repaired the curb rash and scratches. What a nice guy! Once they had our vehicle Ashli called to let us know that our son and daughters car seats were left in our vehicle by mistake and they would bring them back to us if we needed them. We couldn’t believe that they would bring them all the back to our house. How nice of Ashli!!! We didn’t need them though since our vehicle would be ready the next day. When they got done Ashli called to let us know that the car was ready. She said they repaired the one wheel, the scratches, changed the oil, AND REPLACED THE FRONT BRAKES! We couldn’t believe it! They did all of this at no cost. It’s hard to find good service these days but this dealership knocked it out of the park. The vehicle looks fantastic! We love it!
