It was a transient problem with MKZ. Service Manager was great. Gave us a loaner car and fixed the problem in a day and a half

The repair advisor stated that the Jaguar was completely charged. It was not charged. Charge Level was 19%. A new Display software upgrade, H264 was installed, which changed miles/speed to KM, instead of miles. I had no idea of what speed I was going on the way home & drove a little too fast. Minor issues, but something to be aware of. The original problem, No AC was superbly fixed and I am satisfied with the work done.
