Brad is always well prepared with the list of services I ask for in my appointment call. He is very well versed in most aspects of maintenance and able to explain any issues or diagnoses in a way I can understand. I have never had a bad experience with him as he is always kind and respectful. My car is normally ready to be picked up in the time frame he gives me. He keeps me updated along the way and that’s why I always talk to him if I need to bring my car in for service.

Asked about a complimentary map update . I was told that I needed to purchase a $40 usb stick almost $45 after taxes. They knew I was having tuneup for a 3000 mile trip. Then I could come back and they could install. The tuneup portion was great and the car wash was pristine. Overall good marks. Just kind of pissed that free map update was $45 and you did not have it available right then.
