I've always counted on the great service I obtain with Island and Mark. The service was great, however, the service dept was unable to resolve the problem. Could not locate the location of the noise. After picking up the car I observed several times later the noise. Strange it never occurred for them even when they drove the car several times. I will return but am quite perplexed that it only happens. Crazy.
