I am disappointed with the service. Brad was inconsistent with his communication. I had to text and call several times to get information from him. Also, On day 3, at 8:30 am, I asked him for a courtesy car pickup, and 7 hours later, still had heard nothing , so my son in law left work early to take me to get my car. Also, please note it took 3 days to get an oil change, a quick fix to my wiper fluid system, and a couple minor diagnostic issues looked at. Now, I don’t necessarily blame Brad. It would appear that he is being overloaded, not sure, but that would explain the uncharacteristically poor service. Also, has Island Jag stopped doing free car washes ? And no longer using paper floor mats? Am I expecting too much, or did Ashley spoil me all those years???
