I am curious about the tire/tread depth assessment. I purchased two tires at Island Lincoln on 11/5/18. @ 59834 miles. Tire assessment was okay (green) for all tires on 3/21/19 @ 62688 miles. Tire assessment is now yellow (attention recommended) for all tires on 11/19/19 @ 65720.

I am very pleased with my text communications with Ashli. She kept me informed throughout the process. Although I had just brought my vehicle in for the infotainment system update, I had my windshield weather strip on driver side come out. I requested that be fixed as well. When Ashli texted me, she confirmed knowing the weatherstrip needed to be fixed. When I received a call from Ashli advising me my vehicle service was completed. I asked her for the cost of the weather stripping. She advised me it was provided at no additional cost! I was astound by this because most dealerships I’ve dealt with in past with different vehicles has never provided the service that Island Ford has provided me. For this reason, I will forever be a Land Rover owner just because the service is amazing! Thank you Ashli.

Ashli Barrow and Bill Kaiser were very rude and arrogant. For some reason they not only didn’t want to take the time to go through the proper procedures to file a claim for my blown out tire with the manufacturer, but they also proceeded to treat me like an idiot, acted very condescending & acted like I was blaming them for my tire blowing out. Honestly, I’ve never felt so dumbfounded by a business & their “LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE”!!!!... I went all the way up the food chain & spoke to Jim Cavenaugh (the Store Manager) in regard to my issues, but that was just a waste of my breath. HOPEFULLY SOME FURTHER TRAINING WILL TAKE PLACE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE & TREATING PEOPLE WITH RESPECT, COMPASSION AND EMPATHY!!!...(especially when they are dealing with a crisis!)...Thank you for doing NOTHING but adding to the horrible day & experience that I had already been through!
