I was given a ticket for $127 by the highway patrol for illegal window tinting on a car we purchased from Kemna in Fort Dodge. I feel the cost of this ticket is Kemna's responsibility for selling me a car with illegal modifications on it. I have not received payment yet from Kemna on this.
