We have no problem with how Kevin handled our issue. The problem was with the tire loosing pressure. We brought our car for repair (4-5 weeks ago) to fix the tire. We were told that there was faulty pressure sensor/vent(?) for which we payed $250+. When we have brought the car back home, we realized that the car continue to loose pressure at the same rate as before. We brought it back for repair and this time the pressure was lost by having a nail in the tire. Isn’t it quite coincidence? We believe that there was a nail in the tire during the first repair causing this issue and paying $250+ for sensor replacement was unnecessary.
