Vehicle sat in the ready bay for 20 minutes before I went to ask if it was done. The advisor was no where to be found. Someone else found the paperwork and said it was done. As I reviewed the paperwork there were two other findings/recommendations that were marked as deferred. Nobody spoke to me at all about those items.
