As a customer, I should not have to call 3 times for a simple status update. Your service advisors are also customer service agents. They should proactively provide a status of your vehicle. I understand Jordan stepped away for one of the afternoon shifts, however one of the other service advisors should have provided coverage and stepped in. If it’s a manpower resource constraint, your management needs to provide the appropriate levels of staff members to better assist customer.

Somebody should let the customer know that they should drive the car a week before doing emissions testing. My sticker needed to be renewed and I took it to get emissions tested and it failed. They told me to drive it for a week and then return.
