My car was dead in my garage this morning. So I had to get a jumpstart and then drove straight to Acura. As you can imagine I was not in a good mood because this was not best way to start a Monday. Steven took charge when I arrived and explained what the service department would do (check battery, diagnostics, etc.) and told me how long it might take. I was prepared to wait as long as needed. I was pleased with the service - nothing was actually wrong (just need to drive more). Steven had the car washed, too. A bad start to the day turned into a nice outcome thanks to the service and attentiveness I received today.
