Leonard Greco (Lenny) provided us with exemplary service! He personifies service excellent and very deserving of an award or commendation of service. Both he and Tim our technician did such a good job with our RDX that it is my intention to take our RDX to him whenever an issue arises. Lenny honored our coupon eventhough another was already applied and that savings was so very needed during the COVID-19 pandemic! I can't say enough on his behalf, I think and feel he deserves a bonus, promotion and raise! We are extremely pleased with his service, matter of fact he exceeded our expectations and we are thankful for that!
