My battery problem was not resolved. I was told that the battery was working fine by the service department. I was stranded at a grocery parking lot the following night, I needed a jump from AAA on two consecutive days. The battery is not fine and needs yo be replaced .

I was 100% COMPLETELY SATISFIED with Gustavo’s service. He was very kind, thorough, and efficient. I was NOT satisfied with the condition of the ladies room. The stall door to the handicapped stall does not close or lock. There were red stains (blood?) on the wall near the toilet. The shipping wrap is still half on/half off fixtures. The sink was dirty and there was no soap and no paper towels. I realize there is ongoing construction, but Acura has always taken pride in its customer waiting area. Please address these concerns.

Dropped off the car at 9:00 on Monday for a job that I was told would be "a few hours". Car was not ready until 11:00 the next day. No mention of possible overnight was ever made. Lenny is knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with, but this disappointed me.
