Kevin and the crew was awesome. Throughly explained my options as I had extensive service issues but not all were urgent. Kevin explained everything and took the time to made sure I knew my options. This is minor but your standards have been so high that it bothered me. Nick was busy at his station when I arrived and other service people walked by. No one greeted me or said “I’ll be with you in a moment.” He was polite when he did talk to me. Before I left I needed the restroom and so did another customer (male). The women’s room was closed and the men’s had a “women” sign. We asked someone working in a nearby office for help and he was polite but said we should take turns in the restroom and I should ask the male customer to guard the room while I was in there. Clearly hadn’t occurred to staff that this might arise. Finally, when my car was ready the exit garage door wouldn’t open and after a minute I beeped for help. A staff member came and activated the door without looking at or speaking to me.
