I have to say, you guys always do a nice job. And I have always had a great service manager. But one thing the rubs me the wrong way is asking me to take a survey and suggesting that I need to give you a 5. I generally do not fill out your surveys for that exact reason. If you just asked me to take a survey, your people are actually good enough that I would have given you a 5. You do not need to beg for a 5. It is really makes me think that the employees fear something if they do not get a 5. Almost makes me think there is a problem with how they are treated. Hope that is not the case.
