Came in for a cosmetic repair that was only damaged more than when I brought it in causing me to have to buy a new part completely. Not to mention they got black tar like substance all over the inside all over the buttons on my steering wheel, safety belt, center console; and leather seats, all caked in a black tar substance. Not coming back to trust you guys. This is supposed to be covered and it has only brought me more stress and money. Thanks guys.

I left a message today and did not hear back from anyone.
Unfortunately, I’m extremely disappointed in the way my car rides after the service. I feel it is almost unsafe, as the car pulls to the left and the tires are very loud. This is not at all how my car drove before I brought it in to be serviced. I’m very, very disappointed and would like to know what my next steps are.
