Good customer service

I was not satisfied with the service performed on my vehicle. Aside from making an appointment at 11:45am today and having to wait 30 mins for me to get attended. The oil change took way to long, when I had gotten the vehicle I was told I had 2 free oil changes and the service person Juan told me I only had 1 and that I had used it already. However on my previous visit to get the oil change I was told by another services person that I had 3 oil changes instead of the 2 I was told I had when purchasing the vehicle. I am not sure what kind of customer support lies to their clients but this is not a proper way to run a business and also when I spoke to Juan over the phone regarding this problem, in a rude way he said “he didn’t have time to be arguing” because he had a busy day and did give me the complimentary oil change and proceeded and hung up the phone. This is not okay in any customer service position, I’m purchasing a vehicle/ investment from Nissan and expect to be treated respectfully. If people were not buying cars from Nissan then Nissan would be out of business, which means people would be out of jobs, however this is not the case and I love my car, and am glad people have jobs. All I can say is training is needed towards that individual.

Nicole provided superb personal service. I was up to date and informed on the status of the repair of my vehicle. I'm very happy with my experience at Nissan Fontana.

The job was supposed to take two hours and if longer they would let me know, I had to call three and a half hours later to check o. It after I had text to ask ar three hours. I was told when I called ot was being washed. When i got there i was told it was still being washed and they were going to run it throu6 and dry it really quick. Come to find out it was in line to be washed and not done with. This normally wouldn't have bee. A big deal, but i was called into work and needed to leave. Needless to say my car didnt get washed and i was nearly late for work. While everyone was very nice and apologetic, I had an appointment at 725 am and didnt get my car until almost 1130.

He was very professional and really nice. Out of all the years I've been going there probably the best experience I've had. He addressed all the issues had ????????

The customer service , Herman Rivas , helped me out today and was very attentive and very well mannered and educated . He was very helpful and kind .

Juan Melendez has such excellent customer service. We usually go to Wmpire Nissan but now because of him we will be going to Fontana Nissan.
