Service advisor was nice. Service was fine. Car was completed on time, however when an appointment is made, it shouldn't 1.5 hours for a basic service "oil and filter" I was not happy that my cell phone holder was removed from the cup holder and all bent out of shape, then left on the seat.

The only reason I come to Nissan to do my service is because you guys always have good deals compared to other places. But since I’ve been bringing my Nissan Altima sr 2017 there has always been issues. The first time they forgot to do my oil change yet they charged me and I realized because the car felt funny so when I checked the oil was black how ridiculous is that. Second time I came they forgot to do my tire rotation and charged me again they didn’t believe me but then I told them check the cameras and the lady says “ oh yeah they did not do that” so they gave me a refund. like yes I know they didn’t that’s why I’m letting you guys know.Third time I come they scratched up My Rims when they did the tire rotation. They Said Someone Would Check The Pictures they take of the vehicle to make sure it was on them but I have yet to HEAR BACK From you guys. I just recently came again and I asked the gentleman that helped me about the rims and he looked lost he just said “well if they said they will get back to u then they will”. Like do you guys not care about your customers this is very irritating for me because no one seems to care!
