Mr Martinez was thorough and professional in his approach. He made me aware of an offer but because of other expenses I have I was not able to accept his offer but I appreciated him letting me know. The only thing that was not done was the car wash. Seemingly just portions of the car were wiped cleaned. That would not be a reflection on Mr Martinez.
